Support Ryan Mattern at The Hike

Participating in the The Hike has been one of the most memorable and rewarding experiences of my golfing life. This year will mark my third 100 Hole Hike, and I’m proud to once again support an organization and mission that means so much to me. I was inspired to participate and contribute because I strongly believe in the National Links Trust’s commitment to preserving and expanding affordable, public access to the game of golf.

Having previously volunteered at East Potomac Golf Links through The First Tee, I’ve seen firsthand the impact these public facilities and programs have on people of all ages and backgrounds. They create opportunities not only to learn the game, but also to build community and develop lifelong skills. I look forward to one day introducing my daughters to golf through these same programs and experiences. Supporting the National Links Trust is my way of helping ensure that the game’s joy, accessibility, and life lessons remain available for generations to come.
